Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods concluded between Chevaux Nature, owner Catherine Sack (hereinafter “seller” or “we”) and consumers or traders (hereinafter “customer” or “you”) via the online shop www.chevaux-nature.com.
2. Only these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order apply. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognised unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Contracting party and conclusion of contract

2. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.
3. By submitting an order via the “Buy now” button you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by e-mail.

3. Prices and payment terms

1. The prices stated do not include VAT, in accordance with § 19 UStG (small business scheme).
2. Payment methods:
   1. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL and Bancontact.
      
      Which payment methods appear during checkout may differ depending on country, device and order value.
   2. Payment in advance by bank transfer is possible on request. It cannot be selected during checkout; please contact us before placing your order.
3. The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

4. Shipping and delivery terms

1. We deliver worldwide, with few exceptions.
2. Shipping costs:
   1. EU: 6,99 EUR (free of shipping charges from an order value of 100 EUR)
   2. Worldwide: subject to shipping charges depending on the destination address.
3. The delivery time is approx. 21 days. Should delays occur, you will be informed by e-mail.
4. After dispatch you will receive an e-mail with the tracking details.
5. We have no influence on customs clearance procedures or on other processes that may cause delivery delays. You as the customer are responsible for any import duties and taxes.

5. Warranty & liability

1. The statutory warranty rights apply.
2. Our liability for damages is excluded unless it is based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct on our part or on the part of our vicarious agents.
3. Liability for defects arising from improper use, care or storage of the goods is excluded.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Data protection

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can view at www.chevaux-nature.com/en/pages/privacy-policy .

8. Final provisions

1. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
2. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
