To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation to us before the cancellation period expires.

 

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation. We shall use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction,unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation. Exclusion from cancellation

Your right of cancellation does not apply to contracts – concerning the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs or which, by their nature, are not suitable for return.
Custom-made items, special colours and sizes are excluded from returns and exchanges.

Returns

Our return policy applies for 30 days. If your purchase was more than 30 days ago, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted

• Items that are no longer in original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the items by email. After inspection of the goods, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

 

Sale items

A refund can only be issued for items at regular price; sale items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.

 

Exchange

Return shipping

You must bear the shipping costs for the return and cannot be refunded. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
