Wash & Care Service — natural-fibre cleaning at our Hamburg studio
The CHVX*N wash & care service for horse rugs & saddle pads was developed for rugs that are more than everyday items. High-quality materials – especially natural fibers and sheepskin – require expertise, time, and proper care.
In the Chevaux Nature studio, we clean and care for horse rugs and saddle pads exclusively made from natural fibers (wool, cotton, merino wool, etc.) in a way that respects the material, is gentle, and preserves value. Each rug is treated individually, inspected, and cared for according to its material properties.

Book the service here in the shop and send us your rug to the address below. Please enclose a note with your name and order number – that way rug and order find each other. As soon as your rug reaches us, we will be in touch. Allow around 2 weeks until it is sent back.
If you have an additional repair request , we will send you a separate cost estimate before the repair – once you've received it, you can take your time to decide whether or not to proceed with the repair.

Return shipment to you is included in the price.
Right of withdrawal: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for this service. Because we begin as soon as your rug reaches us, we ask beforehand for your express consent to start immediately – we request it in our confirmation email. Once the cleaning has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal lapses.
