  1. Scope

    1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods between Chevaux Nature, owner Catherine Sack (hereinafter referred to as "Seller" or "we") and consumers or businesses (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you") via the online shop www.chevaux-nature.com.

    2. These GTC apply exclusively in their valid version at the time of the order. Deviating conditions of the Customer will not be recognized unless we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

    2. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

    3. By submitting an order via the "Buy Now" button, you are making a binding purchase offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail.

  3. Prices and Payment Terms

    1. The prices listed do not include VAT, in accordance with §19 UStG (Small Business Regulation). 

    2. Payment Methods:

      We offer the following payment options:
      1. PayPal
      2. Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

    3. The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

  4. Shipping and Delivery Conditions
     
    1. We deliver – with a few exceptions – worldwide.

    2. Shipping Costs:
      1. EU: €6.99 (free shipping for orders over €100)
      2. Worldwide: Shipping costs apply depending on the delivery address.

    3. The delivery time is approximately 21 days.
      If there are delays, you will be informed via email.

    4. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

    5. We have no influence on customs clearance processes or other procedures that may cause delivery delays. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. Warranty & Liability

    1. The statutory warranty rights apply.

    2. We are not liable for damages unless they result from intentional or grossly negligent behavior by us or our agents.

    3. Liability for defects caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage of the goods is excluded.

  6. Retention of Title

    The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

  7. Data Protection

    We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.chevaux-nature.com/privacy.

  8. Final Provisions

    1. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

    2. If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
