The cozy, extra-soft CHVX*N Premium cooler rug made from merino wool with 100% cotton edging impresses with the highest quality natural fiber before and after sport, in the stable, and during transport. Valuable thanks to the unique properties that only wool brings.

Optimal freedom of movement through anatomical fit, prevents uncomfortable friction and chafing. 100% cotton edging, optionally with genuine lambskin trim at the withers.  All CHVX*N rugs are equipped with a front closure and a removable tail strap. Optionally, you can order your rug with a simple belly girth, cross girth, and leg straps - select your desired configuration and add it to your cart along with your rug.

Exceptionally durable and gentle on skin and coat. Natural fibre instead of polyester or fleece — the fabric sheds no microplastics in the wash.

Chevaux Nature stands for classic, timeless design made from 100% natural fibers, crafted by hand with passion and conviction in Hamburg.

Material: 100% merino wool

Merino wool is exceptionally soft, breathable, and excellent at regulating moisture. It can absorb large amounts of moisture and release it outward without quickly feeling wet. At the same time, it provides temperature regulation and offers high heat retention—even when damp. The natural fiber is antistatic, bacteria-inhibiting, and dirt-repellent; coarse soiling can usually be easily brushed out. Due to its soft structure, merino wool is particularly suitable for sensitive horses and ensures a pleasantly dry and balanced climate under the blanket before and after training, in the stable, or during transport.

Our wool blankets can be easily washed 1–2 times per year in the cold wool cycle in the washing machine. Use only a lanolin-enriched wool detergent for this purpose.

Coarse soiling can usually be removed simply by brushing. Another advantage of wool: odors naturally dissipate, so frequent washing is not necessary.

Between wash cycles, we recommend regular care with lanolin to maintain the natural properties of the wool.
