Shipping to Germany / European Union

The stated delivery time always runs from the completion of your item. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Items with different delivery times are sent together; in that case the longer delivery time applies.

From an order value of 100 EUR we deliver free of shipping charges within Germany and the European Union.

The order value required for free shipping is calculated in euros. For orders in other currencies the corresponding amount may therefore vary with the current exchange rate.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail from DHL or DHL Express with the tracking details.

Please note that we have no influence on customs clearance or on other processes of the carriers and the authorities. In individual cases this can lead to delays.

Shipping to Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland is handled by the logistics provider DHL. We carefully prepare all necessary shipping and customs documents for the smoothest possible clearance.

Shipping costs are 26,99 EUR per parcel.

On receipt of your order, Swiss import turnover tax or VAT of 8.1 % is additionally charged on the value of the goods including shipping costs.

Under German tax law we currently operate as a small business under § 19 (1) UStG and therefore do not show German VAT on our items.

For you as a customer in Switzerland this means that no German VAT of 19 % is deducted from the item prices on our export invoice, as it is not part of our prices to begin with.

Customs clearance fees may also apply. According to our current information these amount to 13 CHF for the clearance service plus 3 % of the value of the goods.

The delivery time is approx. 4–7 days from completion of the item or items. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

We ship our Chevaux Nature products worldwide. So that your order reaches you safely and reliably, we work with established shipping processes and carefully prepare all necessary shipping and customs documents.

Shipping costs depend on your destination country. You will see the binding shipping price for your order directly at checkout.

Customs & import rules

For deliveries outside the European Union, costs may arise in addition to the purchase price. These include in particular:

Import duties
Whether duties are levied, and at what rate, depends on the destination country, the value of the goods and the product category.

Import turnover tax or VAT
Depending on the rules of your country, local taxes may be levied on import, calculated on the value of the goods including shipping costs.

Customs clearance fees
DHL or the responsible providers may charge additional handling fees for import and customs clearance. These fees vary by destination country and value of the goods.

As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees arising on import into your destination country. We carefully prepare all necessary customs documents to support the smoothest possible process.

Invoicing & tax notes

Chevaux Nature currently applies the small business scheme under § 19 (1) UStG. Our invoices therefore do not show German VAT.

This has no effect on duties, import taxes or other charges that may be levied on import in your destination country.

Delivery times & tracking

Delivery time
Depending on the destination country, delivery usually takes place within 7–21 working days from dispatch. Regional public holidays, customs clearance or other local processes can lead to longer delivery times.

Tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail from DHL or DHL Express with the tracking details.
