To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.
Consequences of Revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your revocation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of Revocation
Your right of revocation does not exist for contracts – concerning the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or which, by reason of their nature, are not suitable for return. Special orders, special colors, and sizes are excluded from return and exchange.
Return
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
