• Shipping costs:
  The shipping costs depend solely on your destination country and the weight of your order. During the ordering process, you will see the binding shipping price for your region, so you always know exactly what costs you will incur.

Customs and import regulations

Please note that additional costs will be incurred upon receipt of our goods:

1. Import duties:
   The amount of customs duties depends on the value of the goods and the respective product category. For certain items, such as textiles, customs duties may be charged, which are based on a percentage of the total value (including shipping).
   

2. Import VAT:
   Depending on the import regulations in your country, sales tax or VAT will be charged on the total value of the goods including shipping.

Invoicing & Tax Information

Since Chevaux Nature operates as a small business under German tax law (Section 19, Paragraph 1 UStG), our invoices are net - that is, the German VAT (19%) is not shown. This does not affect customs clearance or taxes incurred in your country.

Delivery times & shipment tracking

• Delivery times:
  Depending on the destination country, delivery usually takes place within 7 - 21 working days from dispatch. Please note that regional holidays and customs clearance processes can lead to delays.

• Shipment tracking:
  As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to view the status of your shipment at any time.
